I have had my eyes on a silk pillowcase for a very long time. I actually got one for my sister-in-law as a gift 2 years ago because I had been hearing about all these benefits:

Seriously, I noticed an immediate difference in my hair. My hair tangles extremely easily and, at the moment, is pretty fried at the ends.

I curl my hair most days and it was just standard for me the day after to have to wake up, brush out the kinks from sleeping, and re-curl the whole thing. With the silk pillowcase my style lasts SO MUCH BETTER. I mean, it’s not perfect and I still may redo a curl or two, but I honestly feel like this may be because my hair is damaged. It makes such a difference that if your hair is pretty healthy I think it would hold pretty perfectly.
