This has been a weird week for me, to be honest. If you follow me on Instagram you know I’ve been dealing with debilitating nerve pain over the last two weeks. It started in my hand about 3 months ago and slowly crept up my arm until it went up one arm, all the way down the other and hurt so badly I couldn’t use my hands. Thankfully, you guys are AMAZING and told me to see a Chiropractor immediately, which I did, and found instantaneous but partial relief. I’ll take what I can get! As the Dr. said- it took months for the problem to get this bad so it’s going to take a while to fix it.
I’ve been forced to take time away from my phone and the blog, and evaluate certain things in my life. I believe everything happens for a reason and I’m really trying to lean into this challenge and look for the lessons it is trying to teach me. So far I’m thinking they are:
- Stress less. Don’t take everything so seriously
- Stop trying to control everything {especially by tensing your body head to toe}
- Better posture!
Each time I push myself a little too far my body is quick to reel me back in with some pain, so I’m forced to listen and slow down a bit. Can anyone relate? It is SO HARD for me to just sit back and relax. Trust me, I get why this lesson is coming at me full force. I just feel like there are so many things I want/need to be doing to keep this little internet corner of mine going! Like I’ve been ITCHING to share this little number with you guys.
How to Style a Sundress
So this little red dress has been my GO-TO recently. You guys have only seen is 4,842 times in my Instagram stories lol. It is just SO DANG CUTE and goes with everything. I can throw it on in a snap and feel pulled together.
Of course, I wouldn’t really be pulled together without this belt that I legit never take off and wear with everything. It’s under $30 and worth every penny.
My bag is Zara and, sadly sold out. But you guys, one they have so many cute bags for Fall like this and this. I’m dying. Like who even needs my bag? I want to replace it with the bamboo handled one anyway!
So for me , my sundress styling musts are: a belt, a cute bag, and some dainty gold necklaces. I change mine out on the reg but will do a post soon where I recap my fav places to snag them from.
